This unique historical stone house with a private garden is over 200 years old and is currently/ lovingly being restored using most of its own original stones. The house was previously lived in by the Greeks until 1923 (citizen exchange), and has been preserved with its chapel still within. It previously had some prior renovations in 1932.
The roof and wooden joinery, bay windows and outer doors are all hand made us?ng 1st class cedar wood in accordance with the specifications of the original house.
This historical stone house, ?s being sold ?with an unfinished interior, but with a completely finished exterior by the the end of July 2021 , and there are two different architectural projects ready to be used, either as a house or a boutique hotel as you prefer. The Waste water and sewerage infrastructure has been renewed, electricity and water subscriptions are available too.
