Each villa will have a minimum of 500m2 private plot. In addition, the lay-out of the villas and land planning is such that no villa will overlook the pool areas of the other.
Each villa will have its own private boundary walls of up to 1m tall made of local stones so as to blend in with the environment.
This is the essence of the design, an Infinity Bungalow with 3 double bedrooms and open plan large living room. Two of the bedrooms and the living room open onto the pool area with a seamless straight flow from internal to external area. The kitchen and dining area sit at a split level (higher level) to the main living room, however, still open plan.
This is where the 3rd or a 4th bedroom is added onto the first floor with a wrap around terrace. Type 2 tends to be used in areas, where allowable construction base is relatively small such as 10% - 15%.
