Unspoiled and largely free of tourists, there has been some development in Gundogan, but it's still largely undiscovered. Its untapped potential means it's a good place to buy an investment property, in anticipation of the area gaining popularity.
Gundogan is a quiet area, but still close to the comforts of Bodrum Town. If you would like a quiet permanent home close to a year-round area, Gundogan could be for you. However, bear in mind that in winter, Gundogan is exceptionally quiet.
A holiday home in Gundogan would provide you with access to the sea, sand and sun, as well as good links to the nearby airport. Not too many activities for the kids, but there's plenty to do around the peninsula if you're willing to hop on a bus or take a short drive.
