Turkey real estate prices rose in March - especially in super centre Istanbul.
Nationally, Turkish prices rose 0.95%, while in Istanbul prices shot up by 1.18%.
According to new data from the Home Price Index, prices rose by 0.49% in Antalya, 0.85% in Izmir and 0.33% in Kocaeli. New build homes rose by 1.28% - and were a whopping 11.62% higher than March 2011 prices.
Houses between 76 and 100 square metres in size saw the largest increase, rising by 1.32%.
These encouraging rises follow similar results in January and February. The data is backed up by data from Knight Knox, who revealed that the value of real estate in Turkey rose by 7.7% between the last quarter of 2011 and the final quarter of 2010.
