Gocek Marina

The Gocek region in Fethiye Gulf has numerous beautiful coves and islands and is extremely popular among the yachts or boats on the Blue Cruise. In Gocek; there are four marinas where all services are available for yachts and boats.

The Gocek coves and islands are the meeting place of Turkey’s and the world’s ‘high society’.

Göcek is a quiet and safe harbor, especially for long distance travelers arriving from international waters.

Göcek coves and the 12 islands that are described as a hidden paradise, with clean Mediterranean water, green pine forests and beaches, have rendered Göcek an indispensable destination for seafarers. Gocek is 30 km. away from province, and on the Fethiye - Mugla highway. Kas Marina Project

Project name Construction of Kas Marine (BOT Project) The Marine investment shall be designed for 438 yachts and will be operated for 23 years

We are pretty excited by the prospect of having one of the best yachting facilities in the Mediterranean here in the Kas Republic! The ground work for the marina was completed in 1995. The project has been dormant until earlier this year when the Ministry of Transport awarded the contract to MAKYOL, one of Turkey's leading contracting firms, to build and finish the project.

The project has already started on a small scale with stone wall improvements and a walkway constructed between the marina and Gokseki beach. Major construction starts in earnest in October 2007.  It is anticipated that the project will be completed by November 2008 when there will be berths for 430+ yachts and world class facilities including a a fitness centre, restaurants, shops, bars etc. 
Further Details on Kas Marina

Kaş marina will provide berths to approximately 450 boats including mega-sized vessels. Maintenance and dry storage is planned over an area of approximately 25 hec. and will make land parking available to 150 boats.

Kas Marina will offer all the facilities a modern marina and its 'home away from home' lifestyle requires, from berth-side services to shopping, sports, dining and entertainment.

At only one and a half hours drive from Dalaman International Airport, the appeal of Kas grows when you discover how easily accessible the town is. Those choosing to come from Antalya International Airport can enjoy a three hour trip along the most magnificent parts of the Southern Turkish Coastline. The Greek Island of Kastellarizon is also a perfect arrival spot with the airport being only a few miles from the marina.
