The ruins that sit on the side of the hill that dominates Turkbuku are said to be those of the ancient Lelegian town of Madnasa. The Lelegians were famed for their stone carvings, and if you look at the rocks here carefully, and squint your eyes, you may be able to make out the wild animals carved out of stone.
