Marmaris holiday home: Marmaris is becoming very well known to package holiday-makers hoping for Turkey's famous sunshine and sand at very affordable prices. Our top tip for a holiday home in Marmaris is Icmeler, a pretty, pine-clad town just 50 kilometres from the airport. Although marina town Marmaris is a natural start point for private yachts sailing toward the Gulf of Fethiye and Gocek, more discerning buyers and yacht owners tend to be put off by the cheap and cheerful nature and crowded streets of Marmaris Town.

Marmaris investment property: Rising numbers of visitors to the area mean an investment property in Marmaris could be a wise decision. Top of the pile is Icmeler, rapidly growing in popularity, and Marmaris Town, where you'll get a bargain and a good return on your investment as property prices, and possible holiday rentals.

Marmaris permanent home: The Marmaris peninsula has good shops, hospitals and year-round good weather. It's a lovely place for that sunny lifestyle dream. Our picks for a Marmaris lifestyle property are Icmeler; beautiful natural surroundings and proximity to Dalaman Airport, and Marmaris Town, with its good facilities.
