The development
The Kusadasi Golf Resort is a spectacular new development, superbly located on a crest overlooking the breathtaking Aegean. The golf course will be completed with the first phase of building. The facilities will include

The properties
The first phase of this project comprises about 500 villas and apartments. There will be one, two and three bedroom apartments with either one or two bathrooms, plus three and four bedroom villas.
All properties will be exceptionally specified, including air conditioning. Kitchens will come complete with dishwashers, fridge-freezers and ovens.

The area
Kusadasi, one of Turkey's main holiday resorts, offers a wonderful environment for unforgettable holidays. Situated on the west coast of Turkey, Kusadasi is 55 miles south of Izmir. One of the most attractive cities on the Aegean, it is close to important historical sites including Ephesus, Didyma, Priene and Miletos, and so is ideal for sightseers. This area has a lovely Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters, offering a long tourism season and 300 days of sunshine a year.
