Antalya property in Konyaalti and Lara Beach is increasing both in value and popularity as the Antalya region reports record numbers of visitors for the year, and more and more young people move to the city.
Seven and a half million tourists have arrived in the region via Antalya Airport since the beginning of the year, fuelling the city’s already strong economy and boosting property prices in the city’s most coveted areas.
Antalya City residents are Turkey’s richest per capita – and young professionals are clamouring for new build apartments as a housing shortage grips the country. Investors in new build, resale and off plan property in the city can expect returns of at least 10% each year and steady, lucrative rentals.
The same period last year saw 6.7 million visitors to the city.
