The  village Seki is located on the hills facing the coast of Side. The pine forests starting right after the village  gives Seki a beautiful scenery together  with the olive trees. Only villas and village houses exist in this village which are owned by Turkish and Foreigners.

Concept behind our Ottoman Houses

From the time  that Turkish tribes left nomadic life,  they formed a new life style which has been reflected in the design and architecture of their houses.  Even today the reflections of this life style can be seen all over from North Africa to Bulgaria, Greece and further north in Ex-Yugoslavia, where Ottoman Turks ruled for some 500 years introducing their culture and architecture.

In Ottoman times only the skilled masters who were raised in the palace were able to build houses.  Houses built by these skilled builders were valuable objects of art.  Today our Side Ottoman houses are built by the masters carrying the old Ottoman’s heritage.  These lovely houses will give you aesthetic pleasure as well as the look and feel of living in an old Turkish Ottoman village.
