Pricing and Payment Structure

All we need to secure your villa is your reservation fee (£2000) and then when your promissory contract is signed, your deposit (20%) will be due. No further progress payments are required until completion.  Your next payment will not fall due until your villa is completed and you are ready to move in.





RESERVATION

Once you have selected the villa you would like to buy, you will pay a reservation fee of £2,000.

PROMISSORY CONTRACT

This document identifies the site, your individual plot details, build specifications, payment terms and the general obligations of both parties. Your first stage payment of 20% of the purchase price is due at this stage (less your reservation fee of £2,000.)


COMPLETION

The sales process finishes once all building works are satisfactorily completed. At this stage, the Title Deed of the land is transferred into your name and your Land Registry Tax is paid. This is 3% of your purchase price.
