UV resistance water insulation membrane shall be applied in 2 coats over slightly sloping concrete on flat roofs and heat insulator shall be laid and then gravel shall be laid on the polyester roofing felt
All building exterior faces shall be plastered and faced with “Natural Stone” cladding in accordance with project design
On stone-covered faces, plaster shall be applied on block wall and then coated with 2 coats of cement-based water insulation material, alternatively, an insulation membrane is fitted to the wall prior to the stone cladding
Plumbing
Independent water line shall be laid to each property and as specified by the Municipality an individual water meter shall be installed for each property
The sewerage system is connected to an on-site water treatment facility to provide garden watering
Valves, taps, fittings and jointing parts used in the water and sewerage systems shall be 1st class materials to TSE standards
