Payment Schedule:
- A deposit of £2000 is payable to reserve a property. This is refundable and a buyer has up to fourteen days to change their minds.
- When the main contract has been signed 35% of the purchase price is then payable ( less the £2000 deposit)
- The second payment is due when the concrete frame of the house is finished, and is a further 30% of the purchase price.
