1-    The Building shall have reinforced concrete in accordance with the attached project. Reinforced dose C-30 in foundations,C-20 in coloumns,12 mm -14mm iron are used and done in accordance with  Ministry of Public Works technical specifications and  1997 Earthquake Regulations of Chamber of Civil Engineer. External walls of the building are 25cm, internal walls are between 16 -10 cm.


2-    External surfaces shall make from 250-dose supported cement and shall be painted with silicone based white exterior painting. The internal walls shall be plastered with satin based plaster and painted with silicone based plastic paint.


3-      Bevel diameter shall be applied on terrace of the building; after setting rain chamfer, waterproofing and heating insulation shall be done.


4-      All materials to be used in electricity cabling and wiring and plumbing shall be carry the standards of the Turkish Standards Institute and ISO 9001 and should be UPVC Double 
Glazed.


5-     Cable satellite shall be settled both in the living room and parents’ bedroom. There shall be 
phone jacks in every bedroom.


6-      Each room shall be provided with necessary cabling, wiring and piping for the air conditioning
system.


7-      All Windows shall be UPVC double glazed and white.


8-      There shall be a communal swimming pool and a child playground area in the complex.


9-      TSE certificated armatures and accessories shall be used in the bathrooms. Bathroom cupboards shall be made from MDF lam. Bathroom walls shall be ceramic.


10-   Flooring of the apartments, living rooms and bedrooms, kitchen and corridor shall be ceramic and common stairs shall be marble.


11-   Kitchen;
