Location: In the centre of old Sarilar, a steadily improving village close to the regional commercial centre of Manavgat and to the Manavgat waterfalls. It is 4 miles to historic Side and all its tourist amenities.

Particulars: This is a character, stone-built, double-fronted detached house in need of total renovation, set in a garden of approximately 250 sq m.

Double wooden entrance doors open to an internal hallway with a door to a large store room, with exposed stone walls and exposed beamed ceilings. Stairs lead up to: a landing with traditional overhanging 'cumbo', doors off either side to two large rooms with carved wooden ceilings. A small rear extension with access from the landing currently provides the kitchen, WC and shower rooms. There is a further large store room with external access on the ground floor, again with exposed stone walls and beamed ceiling.
