Technical Specifications
- The Building shall be reinforced concrete framework in accordance with the Project.
- The foundations shall be laid by using reinforced 300-dose concrete or B 20 concrete in dimensions and design as stipulated in the Project plan.
- The separating walls shall made from 250-dose supported cement and 8.5 cm hole bricks and 13.5 cm hole bricks shall be used for the external walls.
- The roofs shall be insulated against water.
- The external walls shall be hard walled with 250-dose cement mixture and painted with rain –proof silicon based paint.
- B-20 concrete shall be used for the flooring.
- The internal walls shall be plastered with based plaster and painted with plastic paint.
- Telephone line, wiring, satellite antenna system shall be installed into the buildings in accordance with the Project.
- All materials to be used in electricity cabling and wiring and plumbing shall be carry the standards of the Turkish Standards Institute and ISO 9001.

- The kitchen armatures and sink shall carry TSE certificate.

- The weak and strong current electricity cabling and wiring shall be fitted according to the Project plan. The materials used shall be TSE certified materials approved by TEDAS ( Turkish Electricity Administration ).Each apartment shall be provided with necessary cabling for the door bell.
- There shall be cold water connection on the front balconies of the apartments.
- A post box shall be fitted at the entrance of every apartment.
- Each apartment shall have sufficient parking space. The parking area and the communal areas shall be fitted with necessary lighting.
